It’s excellent melting-ability, the fine, creamy consistence and the typical taste make Seiler Raclette the excellent cheese that has been able to win the Swiss Cheese Award numerous times. Also, Seiler produces Raclette and Grotto in the Bio Suisse organic version.
Our team created six different flavours so we can offer you the complete variety for your everyday life:
- Green pepper
- White wine
- Roasted onions
As a variation of the Raclette, the “Bratkäse” is slightly milder than the Raclette due to its shorter ripening time.
Furthermore, we produce the hard cheese “Grotto” that ripens for at least six months in our cave.
The “Sarnerli” is a very creamy and mild cheese that suits well to breakfast, desert and apéro.
