NEW FACTORY SHOP IN GISWIL
On Friday, January 11, 2019, the new factory shop will open at the new company building on Industriestrasse 45 in Giswil!
The new opening hours are: January to August on Tuesday and Friday from 14.00 to 17.30 and on Saturday from 09.00 to 12.00.

SWISS CHEESE AWARD
On the 28th – 30th of September 2018 this year’s Swiss Cheese Award took place in Lucerne. In the category “Raclette and Roast Cheese with flavoring additives” we became the category winner with the Raclette Paprika, in front of our green pepper raclette, which ranked second! The already seventh win at the Swiss Cheese Awards makes us very happy and shows us that we are on the right track with our quality. In the top 10 we are represented with 5 cheeses.
We also congratulate all other category winners from the heart.
From the 20th to the 23rd of September we inaugurated our new production building at Industriestrasse 45 in Giswil. The combination with the “Gwärb Giswil” was a great success and attracted interested people from near and far.
EWO NATURAL CURRENT
Since 2016, we have relied on “EWO NaturStrom” and thus on sustainable energy from the region, as the careful use of resources is important to us.
LACTOSE & GLUTEN
The lactose (milk sugar) present in milk is degraded in many cheese types during the manufacturing process and maturing. Seiler Raclette is naturally lactose-free. Gluten is the generic term for different types of gluten which are present in different cereals. As a dairy product, raclette does not contain gluten!
In autumn 2015, Galileo recorded a documentation about our cheese factory and the “best raclette of the world” (only available in German).
